The AC wasn’t working correctly the whole weekend, the house carpet and walls are very nasty and disgusting. One of the dishwasher wasn’t working and had water in the bottom of it that was stink. Both of the refrigerator ice maker was freeze up and barely made ice and one of the refrigerator was stink smell like fish. The microwave didn’t have a handle and the oven is falling apart. The house was bad with roaches all weekend very disgusting. The couch was dirty with multiple stains and a lot of trash under the couch like it haven’t been cleaned from the past few guests. One side of the kitchen sink was backed up with water every time we use it. One of the kids bedroom had big screws hanging out the bed. The master bedroom downstairs bed frame is very dirty and disgusting. We had no washcloths had to buy them. The grill is very dirty, rusted and old needs to be replaced. Overall the house yall advertising isn’t what we received. Don’t waste your money with this house.
Still waiting for representative to call to discuss bugs and unclean linen. Hall of my family left in the middle of the night to book hotel rooms before our cruise. Totally disappointed in this property as well as communication with staff.
This place was roach infested. Quite literally. So much so the gate guard knew the place and which house when we mentioned it. Children’s beds had screws sticking out. AC on the top floor was broken. We had to go buy fans for the kids because it was so hot up there. Dust clumps from vacuum left in bedrooms. A smoked joint was on one of the beds in one of the kids rooms. Floor was dirty. Microwave was broken. Sure, it was big and held us all, but we had to leave all our stuff outside when we got home to make sure we didn’t bring the roaches home. Check in was 4:00pm and the host didn’t get back to me with the actual address and codes until after 4:00. The gate we were instructed to go to was closed and we had to drive around to find the guardhouse.
