6BR Beach Home 5-Min Walk to Ocean W Resort Pool

The house was very spacious and in a great location! Everything was clean and organized.

We booked this property for one night to extend our long weekend an extra day. Upon arrival the cleaner was still in the driveway finishing up which wasn’t an issue. As soon as we walked in the living room floor was socked and the coffee table was covered with water. The ceiling was leaking so bad the dry wall was failing on the floor and sofa. The ceiling also had visible mold by the leak which tells me this has been an issue that was patched up. I notified the host 15min after the 4pm check in and I was told maintenance would be on the way. returning from the beach I noticed maintenance hadn’t arrived and the issue got worse the floors were covered with water and the living room area was off limits due to ceiling pieces failing on the floor. We also had a child in a wheelchair who had stay on the lower lever with mold and water damage. I reached out to the host again and they notified me that maintenance wouldn't be coming my so half of my group had to purchase a Hotel due to issues/

Do not book, Ceiling was leaking with stains and mold.. couch was filthy with stains, socks, hair and trash in the cushions. ROACHES. Bedding was dirty with stains mold in the ceiling. Holes in the balcony floors making it unsafe and sturdy. Communicated with the hosts and they were not understanding and still wanted the full rate with the condition of the house. This house need a full renovation before allowing anyone else to reserve it.. Not a good property and too many hosts
