I notified the host 15min after the 4pm check in and I was told maintenance would be on the way. returning from the beach I noticed maintenance hadn’t arrived and the issue got worse the floors were covered with water and the living room area was off limits due to ceiling pieces failing on the floor. We also had a child in a wheelchair who had stay on the lower lever with mold and water damage.
