One of the most disappointing Airbnb stays. Listing photos are misleading and do not reflect the current condition of the home. We arrived at our scheduled check-in and the home had not been cleaned. We couldn’t enter until around 8pm while the cleaning crew was still there. After hours of waiting, the home was filthy and poorly maintained: mold/mildew in bathrooms, a dirty bathtub, stained pillows (some without cases), stained comforters, dirty floors, and dirty dishes in both the sink and dishwasher. Towels were left in the washer/dryer, and we even found underwear in the laundry and clothing still hanging in a closet, showing it was not properly prepared for guests. The pool was also dirty and unmaintained. Basic essentials like toilet paper and paper towels were missing. Host Justin was slow, vague, and unhelpful, with no compassion for the situation. Cannot recommend this property. The listing should be updated and the home properly cleaned and stocked before future guests.
It’s a nice location. Only thing is there is living room or kitchen on the first floor.
The house was absolutely gorgeous!!!! But the quick response for a small issue in the home that provided the WOW FACTOR!!! The family took a vote and everyone agreed this is the vacation spot ❤️
