The home was centrally located to many attractions, had plenty of parking, and the hosts were responsive. However, there were a few areas that fell short of our expectations. The home was not as clean as we expected, with stains on some comforters and towels that were very worn and could use replacing. Trash remained in the yard throughout our stay, and there was no clear place for us to dispose of our own trash. The listing also showed two bunk-bed rooms, which was important for our group, but only one had bunk bed room when we arrived; the other had a full-size bed. The beach was also farther away than we anticipated. Overall, the home has potential, but improved cleanliness, updated linens, clearer trash disposal, and an accurate listing would improve the experience.
The place was extremely clean and well taken care of and the perfect location for a small gathering. Multiple floors with plenty of room to have friends or family over and have a summer retreat and enjoy company
