Our booking was changed on the day of arrival to a different home on the same street. The new location at 2551 Shanti drive was terrible. The carpet was filthy and smelly. There was mold in the bathrooms. Pool area also moldy and worst of all, there were bed bugs. We called about the bugs in the morning and someone came to spray that night at 9pm. We had to refuse as we did not want the bedrooms sprayed with pesticides right before bedtime. This home is in need of some urgent maintenance. We were disappointed as this home is not like the pictures we saw in our original booking. Thank goodness our booking was for only 2 nights.
The presentation of the vacation rental online was nothing like I expected when entering the house. It has the potential there , but improvements are needed in order for a great house. My family and I experience with this house gave; I don’t care about the house but I want your money type of thing. Those are my personal thoughts on this situation. I wish them the best and hope for better humanity because it matters how you treat people.
