Modern Family 7BR w Private Pool and Patio

Based on the previous reviews, we were contemplating staying here because of the cleanliness concerns and lack of amenities such as paper towels, toilet tissue, pots and pans. Prior to our stay, we asked the host if he could assure us that the place would be clean and pots & pans would be provided. The host assured us that they hired new cleaners and purchased everything for the kitchen…. We arrived and the cleaners were still there 20 minutes past check-in time, one of the main shower floors was covered in mold/mildew, there was one pot to cook with, dishes were dirty, the WiFi is unreliable (goes in and out) and the back door lock on the bottom floor is broken which is a safety concern considering that is the floor with the kids bunkers. However, the location is great, it’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool is clean and the rooms are pretty large. If you decide to stay here, just take this into consideration!

I wouldn't recommend this place at the price we paid. We showed up, and the house was nearly bare of essentials (no hand soap, bath mats, basic cooking supplies, etc.). There were also no locks on the rear sliding door, which is a huge issue because anyone could have gotten in. We didn't figure this out until late into our stay, but it must be fixed. When we asked about getting hand soap and some other basic supplies, we were repeatedly told the delivery was "on its way," but it never arrived, and when I reached back out to inquire about when it was coming, I never got a response. Find somewhere else to stay, there are a ton of better options

This Airbnb is in a great location and is great for a large group! However, there is hardly anything provided. There was one trash bag, enough bath towels for each person to have just one, no pans in the kitchen to cook with, and one roll of tp per bathroom. There were some other things that were broken or not working too. Overall it needs some work to be a 5-star stay.
