6BR Panama City Beach Side Oasis | Jacuzzi | Pool

The only positives about our stay were the great communication and the location directly across from the beach, which we loved. Unfortunately, the unit needs significant work. We waited an hour and a half past check-in because the units weren't cleaned on time. Upon arrival, we found hair on the pillows, dirty beach towels left by previous guests, partially cleaned bathrooms, and a toilet with feces residue inside. The upstairs exterior door lock didn't work, and the coffee table was broken. The walls had stains and visible patchwork covering dents and holes, making the unit look poorly maintained. The pool was also dirty, with trash and grocery bags left in it. I've been using Airbnb since 2018, and this was by far my worst experience. The cleanliness, maintenance, security concerns, and delayed check-in were unacceptable. While the location is excellent, major improvements are needed to make this property suitable for guests.
