Secluded Oklahoma Cabin | Hot Tub & Private Acres

Enjoyed are stay very nice property

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and the property did not meet the expectations set by the listing. The sliding door handle was broken, and the door could not be locked for our entire stay, which was a major security concern. The patio lights leading to the fire pit did not work, so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor area as expected. The house was not as clean as we expected, and there appeared to be a need for pest control. The Wi-Fi did not work, which meant we were unable to watch TV. The washer and dryer were also not working. The sleeping arrangements were another issue. The property did not have the two full-size bunk beds shown in the pictures, and the mattresses throughout the house appeared to need replacement. Overall, we felt the property was in need of significant maintenance and updating. The photos online made the house look beautiful, but when we arrived, it looked very different from what was advertised. We were all extremely disappointed.

I had a stroke in May and planned a nice getaway with family. When we arrived after 5:00 the cleaning crew was still cleaning and needed 2 more hours. The sliding door handle was broken and the door was not able the lock the entire time. Traveling with grandma and a baby feeling secure is a priority. Paid too much and not received what was expected. The host was very nice but the place needs maintenance.
